Quooker 20th Anniversary Limited Offer — Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Eligibility


1.1. The £999 offer is valid when purchasing a new Quooker Fusion Polished Chrome with PRO3 tank (“Qualifying Purchase”) directly from Quooker UK.


1.2. The offer also applies to the Quooker Fusion Polished Chrome with COMBI tank, available at the promotional price of £1,299.


1.3. The offer applies only to complete new system purchases and is not valid where any component of the system is already owned by the customer.


1.4. All Qualifying Purchases must be made directly from Softener Salts Ltd via their official website, by telephone, email, or physical appointment.


Article 2 – Scope of the Offer


2.1. The Fusion Polished Chrome with PRO3 system is available for £999 during the promotional period.


2.2. The Fusion Polished Chrome with COMBI system is available for £1,299 during the promotional period.


2.3. The offer applies to the qualifying products only and does not include additional accessories, upgrades, or optional services unless otherwise stated.


2.4. The promotional prices cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the promotional period.


2.5. The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for credit or any other benefit.


Article 3 – Exclusions


3.1. This offer does not apply to:


  • Quooker taps in other finishes or styles
  • Quooker systems with tanks other than PRO3 or COMBI
  • Individual Quooker components purchased separately
  • Replacement parts
  • Accessories purchased independently of a full system
  • Additions to an existing Quooker installation


3.2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.


3.3. The offer is limited to installations within mainland United Kingdom and may be subject to geographical limitations.


Article 4 – Availability


4.1. The offer is subject to product availability.


4.2. Softener Salts Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw product availability at any time.


Article 5 – Installation


5.1. Installation is not included in the promotional prices unless expressly stated as part of the offer.


5.2. Where installation is required, standard installation charges will apply unless otherwise agreed.


Article 6 – Non-Transferability


6.1. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.


Article 7 – Changes and Withdrawal


7.1. Softener Salts Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.


7.2. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already made a Qualifying Purchase prior to the date of amendment or withdrawal.

8.1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to Softener Salts Ltd's standard Terms and Conditions.
